采⽤排版和叠焊⼯位在⼀起,减少中间传串⼯位,达到提升⽣产速度、节约控制成本,减少叠返率的效果。排版机是将串焊机生产的电池串按照规律整齐排放在载板上,集成了电池串的抓取、定位、排版等功能, 并可兼容切A/B串等功能的自动化设备。叠焊机是采用电磁感应焊接工艺将规整好的电池串用汇流条串/并联焊接在一起的自动化设备。
