技术原理

MTF检测仪通过分析调制传递函数(MTF)来评估光学系统的成像性能,包括在轴和离轴的MTF值、子午及弧矢向的离焦MTF曲线。该系统可同步测量线扩散函数、位相传递函数、有效焦距、畸变等参数,支持无限光路和有限光路系统的动态测试
